Young Darren came through the ranks of the Warbury Youth Academy and is showing great promise. He took the number 4 which was worn by Vinnie Jones before he left the club, as he admired Vinnie’s fighting spirit.

Darren’s premiere with the first squad came in September 2004 when he ran out against Preston North End and he has been an almost permanent fixture since.
