Somewhat challenged in the looks department, Mona is a far cry from a Warbury babe, and also a far cry from what Fabian had in mind when he advertised in the Warbury Gazette for a live-in nanny!

After a succession of potential nannies accused him of sexual harassment, Mona was the only girl prepared to take the job and look after Romeo - his four year old son from an unfortunate incident with a big fat mama!

Mona is a staunch feminist and intellectual and took the job to earn some cash before going to university to study physics. Both she and Fabian share a mutual dislike of one another but to both their horrors, ended up in bed together after a drunken party!
