There was
only one thing Vanessa liked about Eric and that was his money, but when he lost
a shed load of it, she was livid! She's now footloose and fancy-free having been dumped by Eric for an older model! She might
be on the wrong side of thirty but she's still got her looks and knows how to
use them - she's always had the hots for Nick Jarvis and finally managed to

jeopardy now Eric plans to divorce her and marry the new love of his life, Nick

Fabian, Callum and Rufus, but Nick was the only one who meant anything. Vanessa is now sadly resigned to the fact that they will never be together as a family. Vanessa
doesn't do housework or cook - that's what hired help and microwaves are
for! She's a
high maintenance wife with a weakness for Gucci and Chanel, not to mention
weekly trips to Toni and Guy to keep her barnet up to scratch! In August
2003, one such trip turned into a hair-raising experience when she was
kidnapped and held to ransom by a bunch of villains but she used her womanly
ways and nerves of steel to ensure she lived to tell the tale.
